Transfer of one or more identifiers to another company
EASYCONNECT allows the transfer of a vehicle or personnel to another company (Identifiers / Transfer menu). EC duplicates the identifier to be transferred (number, name, authorizations, personalized information, quota) and deletes the company level data (department, type, quota recharge, oil company codes). The original identifier is made inactive. See "How to" in the online help for details.
Mass update of identifiers via a CSV file
The addition or updating of identifiers is done via a file whose description is given in a "ID import template". This update can be carried out manually, or automatically and periodically via files on the EC server or FTP server (ftp, sftp, ftpes) installed at the customer. Unique personalized information
When personalized information is declared unique, EC checks its uniqueness when validating the record concerned. For an identifier, uniqueness is tested only between active identifiers.
Charging stations for electric vehicles
EASYCONNECT interfaces with the ChargePulse server of MADIC industries. The charging stations are connected to the ChargePulse server which requests authorization from EASYCONNECT. The charges go back directly to EASYCONNECT as well as the faults detected on the charging terminals.
Interface with SideCar Web (TICPE)
EASYCONNECT allows you to export the vehicles affected by the reimbursement for import into SideCar (XML file downloadable from the vehicle list). It allows you to generate the XML file equivalent to the TICPE report for import into SideCar Web (the XML file is generated at the same time as the PDF report for greater readability).
